Ontario’s Best Butter Tart Festival and Contest ` WINNERS`

Congratulations to Diane Rogers of Doo Doo's Bakery, who won 1st place in the professional division of our contest! Doo Doo's is on the Kawartha Northumberland Butter Tart Tour, so be sure to pay them a visit in your travels this summer to sample Diane's award winning butter tarts!
Doo Doo's not only won $500 and a KitchenAid stand mixer, they also win the accolade of Best Butter Tart (professional) in Ontario, 2014. Hang that on your shingle, Diane! Congratulations!
Our top scoring entries in this division were:

3rd--Grandma's Beach Treats, Wasaga Beach
4th--A Little Taste of Paradise, Stirling
5th--Anne's Meat Pies, Penetanguishene

 


AND THE WINNER OF THE HOME MADE DIVISION IS...

Congratulations to Jessie Crowe of Midland, who won 1st place in the home made division of our contest! We are just tickled that a home town girl came out on top this year!
Jessie won $500 and a KitchenAid stand mixer. Watch out Jessie, your friends and family will be bugging you to make them butter tarts more than ever!
