Lisa Pezik is a Registered Nurse (RN) who works with
Boomers, Zoomers and Seniors. She is an RN in Elder Care,
 a Nurse Educator, ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor
and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Lisa’s knowledge, energy
and passion are evident in the targeted program she has
created to ensure anyone can benefit from exercise.

Suzanne Mulligan-Born is a writer, researcher, baby boomer
and grandmother. She is motivated to ward off the many
 preventable diseases caused by the sedentary lifestyle
of a writer. Suzanne will share the latest research and her
own journey to get fit and have fun while following Lisa’s programs.
